Mental Health Resources
St. Dymphna - whose feast day is May 15th - is the patron saint of mental health and those who suffer from mental illness. She is known for her unwavering faith and her ability to bring comfort to those in need. We honor her memory by raising awareness about mental health issues and providing resources to those who may need them.
We understand that mental wellbeing affects many people in our community. We want to make sure that those who have discerned seeking mental health services, have access to the help they need. We encourage anyone who is struggling with mental health issues to reach out to contact any of these resources for assistance.
Additionally, we ask everyone to join us in prayer for those who are suffering from mental illnesses. Let us pray for their healing and for the strength to overcome their struggles. Together, we can create a community that supports and uplifts those who are in need.

Good Saint Dymphna, great wonder-worker in every affliction of mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick, in my present need. (mention intention here) Saint Dymphna, martyr of purity, patroness of those who suffer with nervous and mental afflictions, beloved child of Jesus and Mary, pray to them for me and obtain my request.
Pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary and one Glory Be.
