Mrs. Hatfield honored for Teaching Excellence

The seventh annual Catholic Schools Convocation was held at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen just before the beginning of the school year.  Approximately 1,500 teachers and administrators came together for a Mass celebrated by Archbishop William E. Lori.  Jim Sellinger, the Chancellor of education for the Archdiocese of Baltimore, declared it the “Year of the Teacher.”   Twelve teachers across the Archdiocese were honored for teaching excellence including our very own Mrs. Marie Hatfield.  Mrs. Hatfield serves as a resource teacher for our Illuminations program and does an exceptional job of motivating and supporting our young students to reach their full potential. Congratulations to Mrs. Hatfield on this special recognition!
