1889 Chapel
The 1889 Chapel was built 122 years ago and served as our parish church for 90 of those years. The Chapel holds many sacred and fond memories for generations of parishioners. Though the chapel’s building structure is in sound condition, the steeple and bell tower have seriously deteriorated and the original wooden bell supports are in danger of completely breaking in two. Because of this, the church bell is no longer allowed to ring. A thorough engineering study has estimated that it will cost approximately $300,000 to make the necessary repairs.
